Sr Product Manager with Health and human services

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
2. Ten or more years of experience in product management and in integrated or complex systems with at least one year working in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc..
3. Ten or more years' experience working with agile development processes and methodologies such as scrum or kanban.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Seven or more years' working experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
2. Seven or more years of experience in building technical products from ideation to launch.
3. Seven or more years of working experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
4. Seven or more years of working experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
