BI Developer/Analytics (OMNIM DOMO and SIGMA required)

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BI Developer / Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on experience in modern Business Intelligence and analytics platforms, specifically Sigma Computing, Omni Analytics, and/or Domo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, data modeling, dashboard development, cloud data platforms, and translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Sigma, Omni, and/or Domo.
• Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, KPIs, metrics, and reporting datasets.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
• Integrate BI solutions with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis for reporting issues.
• Develop and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation processes.
• Implement data governance, security, access controls, and reporting best practices.
• Support migration or modernization of legacy BI/reporting solutions to modern cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Business teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Sigma Computing, Omni Analytics, and/or Domo.
• Advanced SQL and strong relational database knowledge.
• Strong experience with dashboard development, data visualization, data modeling, and KPI development.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data pipelines, APIs, and data integration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
