Job Description:

This newly established role serves as the enterprise technology owner for Client s Facilities Management & Workplace Services platform portfolio. The Technology Manager partners with CBRE, Tech@client, LRL, and manufacturing stakeholders to drive the strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of all FM and workplace technology applications ensuring platforms deliver measurable value, meet client cybersecurity standards, and support the highest levels of employee workplace experience across the global portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

3 5 years managing CAFM, CMMS, IoT, or enterprise digital platforms

Experience with platform migrations and data continuity planning

Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity review processes, and SaaS application management in a regulated environment

Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills

Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and executive audiences

Own lifecycle management for FM platform portfolio: Archibus (CAFM), IFM Hub / CMMS transition, GMARS, eMaint, Vantage Analytics, OpenBlue, and occupancy sensors

Lead Service Insight IFM Hub platform migration, including data retention strategy for historical maintenance records

Drive structured evaluation and selection of a Workplace Experience platform (CBRE HOST, Space IQ, Modo Labs) for North American sites

Establish global Archibus governance standards and align European manufacturing site installations not managed by CBRE

Manage end-to-end application approvals, cybersecurity reviews, and third-party integration governance across all platforms

Develop and manage the annual FM technology budget: licenses, support contracts, and CBRE labor allocations

Design and operate a cross-functional FM technology governance structure engaging Tech@, LRL, and manufacturing teams

Oversee CBRE platform administrator teams; hold vendors accountable to SLAs and product roadmap commitments

CMMS: IFM Hub (replacing Service Insight), GMARS, eMaint

Analytics: Vantage Analytics (Tableau), OSEP

Occupancy / IoT: OpenBlue (JCI), Pressac PIR

Workplace Exp: Evaluation CBRE HOST, Space IQ, Modo Labs

ITSM: ServiceNow integration
