Job Title: Adobe Target Developer

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Target
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the client's website and mobile application architecture, digital business model, and digital marketing strategy.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, KPIs, and technical requirements.
• Design and recommend scalable personalization and optimization solutions.
• Develop and implement Adobe Target activities, including A/B tests, MVTs, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization, and Recommendations.
• Create customized solutions and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Develop custom code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) when required and support deployment activities. 

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, JSON, Browser Developer Tools and CSS3.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including:
• Profile Scripts
• A/B Testing
• Multivariate Testing (MVT)
• Experience Targeting (XT)
• Automated Personalization (AP)
• Recommendations Activities
• Experience implementing custom code within the Visual Experience Composer (VEC) and Form Based Composer.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Target WEB SDK implementation.

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Adobe Target, A/B Testing, JavaScript.
