Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and cloud technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, cloud engineering teams, and program managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, define cloud transformation roadmaps, and support successful delivery of cloud initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of cloud platforms, business analysis methodologies, and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for cloud transformation initiatives.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cloud adoption, modernization, automation, and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Solution Designers, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support migration assessments, application rationalization, and cloud readiness evaluations.
• Perform gap analysis between current-state and target-state cloud solutions.
• Assist in defining cloud operating models, governance frameworks, and business processes.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure traceability.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, process maps, and executive reports.
• Assist with UAT planning, test scenario development, and business validation activities.

• Power BI or Tableau (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel Advanced Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud Transformation Programs.
• Experience working with Global Delivery Teams.
• Knowledge of Cloud Migration Assessment tools.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Containers, and Kubernetes concepts.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, or BFSI domains.
