Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets/Front Office to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Front Office and Capital Markets delivery, requirements engineering, and portfolio governance and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into executable roadmaps and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Front Office stakeholders and Technology teams from requirements through delivery.


• Translate ambiguous business requests into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test plans.


• Drive multiple concurrent initiatives with disciplined RAID and dependency management.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain delivery governance and cadence.


• Provide executive-ready reporting, status, and risk/issue escalations.


• Partner with traders and business users to refine scope and validate outcomes through UAT and release readiness.


• Support compliance with regulatory and control frameworks and audit remediation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Delivery within financial services.


• Proficiency in requirements engineering, backlog management, and test planning.


• Strong knowledge of Front Office trading workflows, risk management processes, and P&L concepts.


• Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, and executive reporting in portfolio settings.


• Hands-on skills with Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking.

Preferred Skills:

• Fixed Income and Derivatives domain experience.


• Experience with regulatory and control frameworks, audit remediation, and change management.


• Working knowledge of Excel and SQL, including MySQL.
