Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract-To-Hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Agile Coach to support enterprise Lean-Agile and Product Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will help the organization transition from a project-based to product-based operating model while coaching Agile teams, RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
Drive Lean-Agile and Product Transformation.
Deliver SAFe training and workshops for teams and leadership.
Support ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile ceremonies.
Help establish and mature platform teams and LACE.
Partner with technology teams and leadership to improve product delivery and Agile maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of Agile Coaching experience with strong RTE experience.
Coach RTEs and ARTs MUST HAVE
Strong Lean-Agile transformation experience.
SAFe SPC6 certification MUST HAVE
Strong SAFe training and coaching experience MUST HAVE.
Experience providing SAFe training to teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and leadership.
Strong Scrum and Kanban experience.
Experience with Project-to-Product transformation.
Strong technology background MUST HAVE.
Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience with Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
Experience launching/coaching Agile Release Trains and platform teams.
AI/GenAI or emerging technology experience is preferred.
