Business Analyst (Oracle CC&B /C2M)

Introduction:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for focusing on business requirements and analysis, rather than purely technical implementation. Expertise in Oracle is a hard requirement for this role, with a strong preference for Oracle C2M and Oracle CC&B. Candidates with Oracle systems implementation experience and utilities-specific knowledge will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business requirements analysis and translate them into functional specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Participate in the design and implementation of Oracle CC&B and C2M systems
• Provide support and training to end-users on Oracle systems
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle
• Experience with Oracle CC&B
• Knowledge of Oracle C2M
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Utilities-specific knowledge
• Experience with SAP (with Oracle background)
• Previous experience in Oracle systems implementation
