What's In Store For You

• Long-term engagement: 18 months to 3 year contract
• Remote-first opportunity: Work primarily remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
• Periodic travel to the Washington, DC area will be required for project kickoff, major releases, implementations, or go-live activities.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations across the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem.
• Connect Oracle Cloud HCM with third-party, enterprise, and legacy applications.
• Translate functional and business requirements into scalable integration designs.
• Develop integrations using Oracle Cloud integration technologies, APIs, web services, file-based interfaces, and data transformations.
• Participate throughout the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and handoff.
• Troubleshoot complex integration failures, interface defects, transformation issues, and data-flow problems.
• Partner closely with functional consultants, technical teams, data-conversion resources, business stakeholders, and project leadership.
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and implementation concerns early in the delivery process.
• Provide consulting-level guidance and appropriately challenge requirements or technical approaches when a better solution is available.

Are You an Experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Professional Ready to Make an Impact?

• Approximately 7+ years of relevant enterprise technology or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong recent Oracle Cloud/Fusion experience, ideally with approximately the last 3-5 years focused substantially on Oracle Cloud.
• Recent experience working within Oracle Cloud HCM environments.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting Oracle HCM integrations.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable Oracle Cloud integration technologies.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, APIs, file-based interfaces, data transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with third-party and legacy enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated participation in full lifecycle or cradle-to-grave implementations, from requirements through production handoff.
• Consulting experience with Deloitte, Accenture, Big Four, another major consulting organization, or a strong independent consulting background is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical, functional, and business teams.
• Comfortable operating as a consultant who can provide recommendations, challenge assumptions, and understand the broader project impact of technical decisions.
• Recent Oracle Cloud/Fusion experience is significantly more relevant than predominantly legacy Oracle EBS/on-prem experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be willing and able to undergo the federal background investigation required for the engagement.
• Must be comfortable with periodic travel to Washington, DC as project needs require.
