The Role

• Provide onsite support for advanced technology nodes, working with global layout and design teams.
• Work independently on block level and IP level Analog layout design, coordinating with circuit designers and the layout team.
• Perform floorplanning and layout for analog modules such as SerDes, ADC/DAC, and PLL.
• Handle top-level integration and ensure robust design practices.
• Debug DRC, LVS, and antenna errors, with a strong understanding of ESD, latch-up, and EM.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and potentially coordinate team activities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of hands-on experience in Analog or RF layout.
• Experience with deep sub-micron processes, with a preference for FinFET experience.
• Proficiency in Cadence tools and familiarity with TSMC processes are preferred.
• Strong understanding of analog layout concepts and fabrication processes.
• Proven ability to debug common layout errors and understand electromagnetic interference.
• Ability to work independently on complex issues and evaluate variable factors.
