Director, Sales Force Effectiveness - Biotech & Pharmaceuticals

CSL seeks a Director, Sales Force Effectiveness to lead strategy, tools, and analytics that maximize sales performance across our rare disease and vaccine portfolios. You will design and optimize sales models, territories, and incentive plans, and oversee CRM utilization to drive data-informed decisions. Partnering with Commercial, Medical, and Marketing leaders, you'll shape training and performance frameworks that elevate field execution globally. Responsibilities

• Lead global sales force effectiveness strategy across CSL's biotech and vaccine portfolios
• Design and optimize sales models, territory structures, and coverage plans
• Oversee CRM strategy and utilization to drive consistent, data-driven field execution
• Develop and refine sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Design and manage incentive compensation frameworks aligned to business goals
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, and Marketing leaders on go-to-market planning
• Direct sales training and capability-building programs for field teams
• Use analytics and forecasting to inform resourcing, deployment, and targeting decisions
• Drive change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and standards
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales operations/effectiveness team
