The Role

• Develop and present persuasive sales pitches for pest control services to commercial clients.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, lead follow-up, and utilizing sales tools.
• Explain technical solutions in a clear and confident manner to customers.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and professional conduct at all times.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Capacity to work independently in various environments, including confined spaces.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including occasional lifting and ladder use.
