Job Description

job summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Data Analyst to support a high-profile enterprise HR systems transformation as we migrate from PeopleSoft to Workday. Working closely with internal HR teams and tier-1 external consulting partners, you will play a central role in building, testing, and refining critical Workday reports and security configurations prior to go-live and during post-implementation hypercare.

responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and validate custom Workday reports and descriptive analytics to support HR business requirements.


Audit and reconcile data outputs between legacy PeopleSoft systems and Workday to ensure 100% data integrity.


Configure and manage Workday security roles and permissions related to reporting and data access.


Collaborate with implementation partner Accenture and internal HR teams to deliver post-deployment hypercare support.


Prepare, polish, and deliver executive-level analytics updates and status reporting to leadership.


Identify, investigate, and resolve data mismatches and report anomalies with high precision.


qualifications:

Demonstrated hands-on experience developing custom reporting and analytics in Workday.


Proven experience managing Workday security groups and data access permissions.


Strong data auditing skills with a track record of detecting and resolving complex data discrepancies across enterprise platforms.


Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface comfortably with directors and HR executives.


Ability to work hybrid on-site 2-3 days per week in Chicago, IL (Willis Tower).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.


Prior experience supporting a legacy-to-Workday migration (specifically PeopleSoft).
