We are hiring on behalf of a globally recognised leader in defence, aerospace, and security, known for its commitment to innovation and delivering critical solutions. • *The Role**
• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies for a significant, multi-year investment programme.
• Identify and manage procurement-related risks, issues, and liabilities.
• Support and manage procurement plans, ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured.
• Provide commercial and supply chain support to delivery programmes.
• Lead the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, including tender development, evaluation, and awards.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers on commercial aspects to achieve optimal business outcomes.

• *What You'll Need**
• Proven experience in supply chain within facilities management or the infrastructure industry.
• Experience leading or supporting procurements based on specifications for design and manufacturing/build.
• Solid understanding of business and procurement approaches, techniques, processes, policy, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
