Business Analyst with Reinsurance Exp

We’re looking for a BA who fits the brief below:

• Has some Business Change, PM and possibly IT architecture skills that can be leveraged
• Quickly builds understanding of new business areas, processes and stakeholders
• Operates effectively in a US-based context while staying aligned to UK BA practices
• Minimises time zone friction through structured, asynchronous ways of working
• Embeds a strong BA + testing partnership to improve delivery quality
• Keeps outputs aligned to agreed BA standards, governance and tooling
• Able to support with initiative discovery and shaping.
• Works proactively and independently, owning outcomes without heavy direction
• Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Works effectively across time zones with clear communication and minimal delays
• Facilitates workshops and drives productive stakeholder discussions
• Translates clearly between business needs and technical solutions
• Produces high-quality requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Works closely with architects and developers to shape viable solutions
• Works with QAs to ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met
• Able to reprioritise across multiple initiatives
• Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, empathetic approach
• Provides balanced challenge and influences decisions with evidence
