Technical Business Analyst

Must-Have Skills:

·         10+ years of experience as a BSA, Technical Product Owner

·         Strong Data Warehousing and data architecture knowledge.

·         Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.

·         Strong technical documentation and requirement-gathering experience.

·         Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·         Experience working with engineering and data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

·         Conduct business discovery sessions with stakeholders.

·         Perform data analysis and interpret existing business logic.

·         Create PDD, Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), Functional & Technical Specifications.

·         Collaborate with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, Developers, and QA teams.

·         Coordinate with offshore BSA teams and support UAT/testing.

·         Own deliverables from requirements through implementation.

·         Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

·         Agile/Scrum and Product Owner experience.

·         Snowflake, Oracle, Greenplum.

·         Alteryx/workflow development.

·         Offshore team coordination.

·         UAT planning and execution.
