This position supports day-to-day human resources activities including employee records, onboarding, scheduling, recruiting coordination, HR documentation, and employee communications. Responsibilities
Support daily HR and administrative activities
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and employee onboarding schedules
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
Prepare HR reports, forms, and internal documentation
Respond to routine employee questions and requests
Coordinate onboarding paperwork and new-hire processes
Update HR systems and employee databases
Support benefits, attendance, and employee information processes
Work with HR team members on special projects and process improvements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with computers and online systems
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Previous HR experience is helpful but not required
