RF Engineer-Irving, TX- Locals preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize LTE and 5G RAN RF performance.

• Monitor and evaluate network KPIs and performance trends.

• Analyze drive test data to identify network performance issues.

• Perform coverage and capacity analysis.

• Identify RF performance gaps, coverage issues, and capacity constraints.

• Recommend optimization strategies to improve network performance and customer experience.

• Analyze network performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional telecom/RAN teams to troubleshoot and resolve RF issues.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5–8 years of RF/RAN engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with 5G Wireless Networks

• Strong hands-on experience with LTE

• Experience with RAN RF performance, KPIs, drive testing, coverage, and capacity analysis

• Strong Telecommunications domain experience

• Mandatory: Previocurrent working experience with Verizon
