Job description

Provide advanced application support and engineering-level troubleshooting across enterprise platforms. Diagnose complex incidents, analyze data, implement configuration changes and development fixes, and improve system stability. This role requires hands-on C# and .NET development experience and supports Ryder's Technology Talent Incubator Program.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration incidents.
Analyze data and debug systems to identify root causes.
Implement configuration changes and development fixes to improve performance.
Own issues from diagnosis through resolution, validation, and documentation.
Identify systemic issues and contribute to long-term solutions and process improvements.
Partner with development teams, improve knowledge resources, and support Level I engineers.
