Job Description:
* Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operations Research
Analyst, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
* Experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and business
process analysis.
* Understanding of the end-to-end Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC).
* Experience with analytical and modeling tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, Power
BI, Visio, or comparable platforms.
* Experience working with AI and AI-enabled business solutions, including the
application of AI to analysis, process improvement, decision support, automation,
or product delivery.
* Mortgage industry experience, including familiarity with mortgage business
processes, systems, data, or technology environments.
