Job Description
We are looking for a mid-level Support Technician to join the team!
Role Overview
Provide end-user technical assistance, handle helpdesk ticketing, and support print services infrastructure.
Work Location & Arrangement

Location: Richmond, VA

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days/week on-site during initial training, transitioning to fully remote upon successful completion)

Key Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills (5+ Years Experience):

IT Helpdesk & Tech Support: Hands-on experience in end-user support roles

Ticketing Systems: Work experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent

Microsoft 365: Proficiency in standard M365 suite applications
-
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Customer Service & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Print Services: Prior experience with print environment support (2+ years desired)
