Role -Lead MDM Engineer

Location - - New York, NY-10017-1216- Onsite

Job type- Contract for NY -Onsite

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant engineering and data experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Semarchy xDM.
  • Deep understanding of Master Data Management concepts, including match/merge, survivorship, golden records, hierarchies, data quality, stewardship, workflows, and publishing/integration patterns.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise MDM solutions end-to-end, from requirements and data analysis through production implementation and support.
  • Strong SQL, data profiling, and data analysis skills, with the ability to investigate anomalies, identify patterns, and drive root-cause analysis.
  • Solid data engineering background with experience building and supporting production-grade data pipelines.

Nice to have skills:

  • Financial Services, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets experience.
  • Experience with Client, Customer, Organization, Contact, Account, Party, or similar master data domains.
  • Salesforce integration experience.
  • Experience modernizing or re-architecting an existing MDM implementation.
  • Experience integrating MDM platforms with cloud data warehouses, operational systems, APIs, and downstream analytical platforms.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 4-5 years' experience in Semarchy MDM (Semarchy, SQL, Terraform, Azure) ;;
  • Manage the MDM solution in both enhancement and Operational activities.
  • The resource will be required to collect business requirements for mastering data, provide analytical output (excel, pbi reports) and potential impact to quality of mastered data.
  • The resource will be required to provide nightly batch support for the data being populated in MDM systems.
  • They will be managing the data issues and its remediation identified by the MDM solution.
  • Core concept of MDM Architectural styles
  • has Hands on designing end to end data flow
  • knows the different approaches followed in MDM implementation
  • knows different system integration across the MDM landscape
  • knows MDM core capabilities that requires different implementations.
  • The Semarchy MDM Solution Architect is responsible for architecting, designing, and governing the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform using Semarchy. The role supports CRC Group s insurance distribution business by delivering trusted, governed master data across critical domains such as Agencies/Retailers, Producers, Carriers, Markets, Coverage, and related hierarchies.
  • This role operates as a technical design authority, working closely with MDM leadership, data governance teams, business stakeholders, and IT delivery teams to ensure the Semarchy platform is scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise data strategy.
