Vulnerability Response Analyst

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow SecOps Analysts with hands-on experience in Vulnerability Response (VR) and/or Security Incident Response (SIR). The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of vulnerability management, security incident handling, and remediation coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage vulnerabilities using ServiceNow SecOps.

• Analyze vulnerability findings from Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.

• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, CVSS scores, and business impact.

• Coordinate patching and remediation with infrastructure and security teams.

• Track remediation activities and ensure SLA compliance.

• Investigate and manage security incidents using ServiceNow SIR.

• Work with SIEM/EDR alerts and incident response workflows.

• Support change management and maintain security reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps (VR and/or SIR).

• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation.

• Experience with Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.

• Understanding of SIEM, EDR, and security incident response.

• Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and change management.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
