Assistant Area Sales Manager

Sheds 365 Sales, LLC is seeking an Assistant Area Sales Manager to support regional shed and portable building sales. In this customer-focused role, you'll assist the Area Sales Manager with overseeing multiple retail locations, coaching sales associates, monitoring inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You'll help manage local marketing efforts, track sales performance, and follow up on leads. Ideal candidates bring strong retail sales skills, basic leadership experience, and a passion for helping customers find practical storage and building solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Sales Manager in meeting regional sales targets across multiple locations.
• Coach and assist sales associates with product knowledge, pricing, and closing techniques.
• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service, guiding customers to the right storage and building solutions.
• Track and report on sales activity, leads, and conversion rates using basic sales tools or POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors or management to maintain appropriate stock.
• Assist with local marketing efforts, promotions, and on-lot displays to drive traffic and visibility.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Help ensure retail locations follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and visual merchandising standards.
