About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience, optimize HR operations, and drive platform innovation. This role will partner across HR, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions, manage complex programs, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist capabilities, along with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and execute high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business execution, implementation, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including a strong understanding of platform capabilities, configuration, integrations, workflows, case management, employee journey experiences, and Now Assist functionality.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying risks, and developing recommendations to drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience using Jira or comparable project management and issue-tracking tools.
• Experience supporting HR technology transformations or employee experience initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, develop plans, and execute programs and initiatives that support business and operational objectives.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to deliver program milestones, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Evaluate business processes, operational performance, and support models to recommend scalable solutions and best practices.
• Conduct assessments, analyze complex data and business requirements, and develop actionable recommendations to address organizational challenges.
• Navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in complex environments, facilitating issue resolution and driving successful implementation of solutions.
• Partner with HR, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives and platform capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Support roadmap planning and optimization efforts related to ServiceNow HRSD and employee experience technologies.

Additional Details

Employment Type: Contract (Backfill for employee on extended leave)
Duration: Initial assignment with potential extension up to 6 months
Location: Remote, United States (team distributed across multiple U.S. time zones)
