Job Description

The SAP FSM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Field Service Management solutions to optimize field service operations, workforce scheduling, dispatching, service execution, and customer experience. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end field service solutions 

 Key Responsibilities

 Solution Design & Implementation

·         Gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.

·         Design and configure SAP FSM modules including:

·         Planning and Dispatching

·         Service Call Management

·         Workflow Configuration

·         Smartforms and Checklists

·         Mobile Field Service Application

·         Time and Expense Management

·         Participate in end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects.

·         Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
