Job Description :

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support across Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Design and deploy AI/GenAI-powered HR solutions using Oracle AI Agents and Digital Assistants.
• Develop HR workflows, integrations, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and end-to-end HR processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements, solution design, configuration, and delivery.
• Leverage LLMs, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, and OCI AI Services to enhance employee experiences.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive best practices, Agile delivery, and change management.
• Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail and Oracle HCM certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

• Utilize AI and LLM technologies to analyze business requirements, user stories, process flows, and SCM functional specifications.
• Generate technical designs, impact assessments, solution options, traceability matrices, and effort estimates using AI-assisted workflows.
• Accelerate fit-gap analysis and Oracle Cloud quarterly release impact assessments through AI-driven insights.

• Improve analysis and design cycle times using AI-enabled knowledge discovery.

AI-Assisted Development & Modernization

• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, Agentic AI frameworks, and similar tools to accelerate software development.
• Develop and enhance Oracle SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, and automation solutions.
• Apply AI for code generation, refactoring, optimization, reverse engineering, and legacy modernization initiatives.

• Automate integration mappings, API development, documentation generation, and technical artifacts using AI tools.

AI-Driven Testing & Quality Engineering

• Design AI-powered testing strategies for functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize AI for automated test case generation, test data creation, defect identification, and maintenance.
• Implement AI-enhanced regression frameworks supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.

• Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality prediction using AI-enabled tools.

AI Enabled DevOps & Operational Support

• Integrate AI-driven code reviews, security analysis, static code scanning, and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate release notes, deployment guides, implementation documentation, and operational runbooks using AI.
• Support AI-powered deployment automation, environment management, and release readiness assessments.Utilize AI monitoring and analytics to improve operational efficiency and issue resolution.
