Required

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions with leadership across governance, security, identity, automation, and adoption.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio including tenant readiness, governance, Copilot agent lifecycle, and publishing.
Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pipelines and ALM, environment strategy, CoE governance, and integration via APIs/Microsoft Graph.
Advanced experience with Purview including DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, insider risk, eDiscovery, and audit operations mapped to federal baselines.
Leadership in SharePoint Online architecture, modernization, SPFx, migrations, metadata frameworks, and governance.
Experience with Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and automation with PowerShell/Microsoft Graph.
Experience delivering within GCC environments.
Certification Required: PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
Exceptional communication skills including writing standards and decision papers, producing executive presentations, delivering presentations, and designing Visio diagrams.

Preferred

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert and related security/compliance certifications.
Experience leading GCC multi-tenant transformations and AI/Copilot adoption programs.
