Global SAP HR & SuccessFactors Analyst

Lycopodium is seeking a SAP HR Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors & HCM) to join our IT Team in Perth. You will manage ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of HR applications including SAP SuccessFactors EC, Onboarding, and SAP HCM Payroll across a global environment.

Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will drive incident resolution, system enhancements, and release management while ensuring data privacy and governance compliance.
