Your New Role- Melbourne or Sydney location
- Permanent Full-Time
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive analysis, define requirements, shape solutions, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You will work across complex programs of work, ensuring business needs are understood, documented, and translated into practical and effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:- Lead business analysis activities across strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Aid in developing the Business Case by articulating a clear problem statement and comprehending business requirements to ensure outcomes are aligned with members' best interests.
- Elicit, analyse, validate, and capture requirements using standardised tooling (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including traceability and governance.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and testing teams.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in Superannuation (essential)
- Knowledge of insurance products within super (highly desirable)
- Hands on experience with Miro, Jira, and/or Confluence.
- Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies and the application of business analysis practices within these frameworks.
- Extensive experience in the application of contemporary business analysis best practice frameworks (methodologies and processes) such as BABOK, Object Oriented Analysis & Design (e.UML)
- Proven experience working independently and/or with multidisciplinary teams including the management and mentoring of other business analysts.
