ICT Business Analyst

Kestrel Eight is supporting a Melbourne-based enterprise through a major technology transformation. We are engaging two experienced ICT Business Analysts to support delivery across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives spanning applications, data and integration.

You will be supported by Kestrel Eight throughout the engagement, with clear communication, practical onboarding and ongoing contact while you are working with the client. We are looking for people who value quality delivery, professional credibility and straightforward communication.

You will provide business analysis capability across the portfolio, turning business need into clear, deliverable requirements and helping delivery teams build the right thing. You will work within the client's delivery structure, coordinated by an embedded Senior Delivery Lead, and across several initiatives at once.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Map current and future state business processes and identify practical improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
• Support solution design decisions with analysis, options and impact considerations.
• Work across applications, data and integration initiatives.
• Support testing, change and adoption activities through to delivery.

What you will bring

• Six or more years in ICT or technical business analysis within enterprise environments.
• Strong requirements and process analysis skills across applications and data or integration.
• The ability to bridge business and technical audiences with equal confidence.
• Structured, self-directed working style and strong stakeholder skills.

Well Regarded

• Strong working history in large Microsoft-centric Enterprise companies - O365, MS Dynamics, AX, Azure, MS Power BI, Fabric, Medallion Architecture, etc.
• Familiarity with data platforms and integration patterns.
• Industry experience in residential construction or home building, or in large asset-intensive enterprises such as resources, infrastructure or utilities.

Value

Rate $650 - $850 / Day

Term 6 Months (Initial Contract) with potential for extension

Location Melbourne, hybrid (2-3 days on site at East Melbourne office, balance remote)
