Job Description

Year Up United's IT Systems Administration Training Program prepares motivated young adults for entry-level IT support and systems roles. In this full-time program, you'll learn core skills in user account management, device configuration, basic networking, and troubleshooting through instructor-led coursework, labs, and real-world projects. You'll practice ticketing tools and customer support, build a professional portfolio, and develop workplace skills. Responsibilities
