Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Data Governance Consultant to support data governance initiatives for a State of Tennessee project.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise data governance strategies and implementation.

  • Work with business, IT, privacy, security, and compliance teams.

  • Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.

  • Develop governance documents, roadmaps, data dictionaries, and business glossaries.

  • Support data quality, data stewardship, metadata, and data management activities.

  • Assist with AI governance, privacy, risk, and compliance initiatives.

  • Develop training materials and communication content.

  • Support change management and stakeholder adoption.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Data Governance and Data Management.

  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

  • Knowledge of data quality, metadata, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management.

  • Experience with change management, training, and communications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Government/public-sector experience is preferred.

  • Experience with AI Governance is a plus.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Nashville, TN.
