Job Description

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions across both on-premises and cloud-based Informatica Cloud MDM environments.
• Design and configure data models, integration patterns, and MDM solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and long-term business objectives.
• Provide hands-on expertise in configuring and managing MDM platform components, including:
  • Staging
  • Loading
  • Matching
  • Validation rules
  • User Interface (UI)
• Utilize strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting within MDM environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data consumers to define and refine MDM solution components.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including:
  • Architecture diagrams
  • Configuration guides
  • Technical specifications
• Optimize MDM processes for:
  • Performance
  • Scalability
  • Data quality
  • Fuzzy matching
  • Survivorship rules
• Support platform administration, performance tuning, and operational optimization activities.
• Apply ETL expertise and integrate MDM platforms with cloud ecosystems, preferably AWS.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex Informatica MDM and Informatica Cloud MDM solutions.
• Define and implement data lifecycle management processes, including:
  • Data modeling
  • Metadata management
  • Data stewardship
• Configure and optimize:
  • Fuzzy match rules
  • Survivorship rules
  • Validation rules
  • Data integrity controls
• Manage data ingestion, publishing, exception handling, and error resolution using:
  • SIF Framework
  • Address Doctor
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to implement best practices and reusable solution patterns.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance:
  • Data consistency
  • Accessibility
  • Overall MDM solution effectiveness
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and guiding MDM strategy and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
  • Data ingestion
  • Data transformation
  • Data publishing
  • MDM workflows
• Lead configuration, deployment, administration, and support activities across multiple environments.
