Job Description

We are seeking a Security Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quarterly access reviews, control evidence collection, and audit readiness across PCI, SOX, and CFTC and a proven ability to execute and improve detailed procedures while driving timely signoffs and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quarterly access reviews and evidence gathering across designated systems and applications.
• Pull reports and screenshots from tools such as Okta and ServiceNow to support audit controls.
• Coordinate with control owners and stakeholders to obtain timely approvals and sign-offs.
• Execute established procedures and recommend process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure traceability for testing by external and internal auditors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with access reviews, control testing support, and evidence collection.
• Working knowledge of PCI, SOX, and CFTC control frameworks and audit drivers.
• Proficiency with Okta and ServiceNow for reporting and documentation tasks.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills to manage signoffs and deadlines.
• Experience level: 3+ years in security assurance, GRC, audit support, or related roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Automation using Power Automate and reporting with Power BI.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC workflows.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
