Security IDaaS Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain security rules, controls, and safeguards to protect information assets
Conduct security reviews and support the maintenance of the organization's security posture
Facilitate and configure application integrations across Identity and Access Management and Federation Services
Create and manage IAM objects, including users, groups, service accounts, and API tokens
Handle security incidents and follow established change management processes
Design and develop code required to build, maintain, and enhance Access Management Services
Collaborate with the Federation Services team to improve secure authentication, authorization, IDaaS, and API services
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce overall time to market
Support improvements to Change Management (CM) practices
Contribute to rapid recovery efforts following ransomware or other critical incidents
Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities
Enable team members through knowledge sharing, skill development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Prioritize tasks, manage workloads effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
