They are seeking a skilled Metalworker/Fitter to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of vital energy projects across Northeast Germany. The Role • Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV). • Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems. • Mount and dismantle bolted and pressed connections, including pipe and cable assembly. • Document and revise construction plans through red-lining. • Contribute to the successful implementation of renewable energy goals. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification. • Proven experience in metalworking, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry. • Preferably, experience working safely with electrical systems. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and a willingness to travel to work sites using a personal vehicle. • Readiness for regular assembly work, including overnight stays, from Monday to Thursday in the Northeast German region. • Good German language skills and a proactive, motivated work ethic.
