The Role

• Manage overall account relationships, providing strategic service and support to maximize margins and market share.
• Act as a key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships.
• Drive solutions selling within approved account strategies, leveraging market knowledge to make informed sales decisions.
• Oversee the quote-to-order sales process, coordinating resources and managing quotations.
• Handle backend quality processes, customer interface for credit and financial information, and inventory integrity.
• Provide ongoing sales support for the order-to-invoice process and manage customer interface for quality reporting.

What You'll Need

• 5 years of experience in electronics distribution, with a strong preference for passive electronics component sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Macros) being a plus.
• Ability to build influential relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external resources.
• Strong communication, negotiating, and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
