The Role • Lead and direct the Inside Sales team to achieve revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. • Set sales quotas, track performance metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Provide daily coaching, mentorship, and training to Inside Sales Account Executives. • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue generation. • Manage call flow and team workflows to optimize pipeline management, account retention, and lead conversion. • Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues and ensuring exceptional service. What You'll Need • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3 years of sales experience. • 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center or inside sales environment. • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred). • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
