Position Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP Product Compliance Solution Architect to design and support compliance solutions across the product lifecycle. The role focuses on translating regulatory requirements into scalable business and technology solutions while maintaining regulatory data integrity and traceability across product, ERP, PLM, and supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for product compliance processes.
• Design scalable solutions supporting regulatory, product, and supply chain compliance requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business and system requirements.
• Support compliance programs involving RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Proposition 65, SCIP, WEEE, and PFAS.
• Ensure compliance data traceability, accuracy, and governance throughout product development and supply chain processes.
• Design integrations between PLM, ERP, compliance management, and supplier management systems.
• Define integration approaches, data flows, and scalable data models for regulatory information.
• Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and solution design sessions.
• Lead architecture reviews and develop solution roadmaps for compliance transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, and other business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of product compliance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into business and technology solutions.
• Strong solution architecture and systems integration experience.
• Experience working with PLM, ERP, compliance, and supplier management systems.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and supply chain processes.
• Experience with compliance data management and governance.
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and architecture/design sessions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Product Compliance solutions.
• Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Proposition 65, SCIP, WEEE, or PFAS.
• Experience with product regulatory data and material compliance.
• Experience integrating PLM and ERP systems.
• Experience with supplier compliance and regulatory data.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture reviews.
• Experience with compliance digitization and transformation initiatives.
