Sales Operations Analyst

Azenta seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales team for its Sample and Repository Solutions division. The role involves managing pricing requests, coordinating proposals, and maintaining client relationships in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities
Facilitate communication between sales team and subject matter experts within the Sample and Repository Solutions division
Process daily pricing requests and maintain accurate client databases including contracts and confidentiality agreements
Prepare sales proposals, client communications, presentations, and coordinate RFP responses
Provide customer service and manage multiple client projects with attention to quality standards
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in science, project management, or business preferred
1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ACT, or Goldmine
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with strong communication skills
Experience in multi-cultural and global work environments
Life sciences industry experience is a plus
Compensation:
$62,000-$78,000 base
