Hiring: Product Owner / Business Analyst – Annuity Domain

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Onsite 3 days a week – Mandatory)
Experience: 7–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance and Annuity domain expertise to join our insurance client’s team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in annuity products, policy administration, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, underwriters, and technical teams.

• Create and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.

• Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.

• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills:

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Life Insurance and Annuities.

• Strong knowledge of fixed, variable, and indexed annuity products.

• Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and business documentation.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• LOMA certifications such as FLMI or ARA are a plus.

Important: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Bethlehem, PA, 3 days per week.
