The Role

• Engage with customers and decision-makers within an assigned retail territory to generate sales.
• Ensure product availability by fulfilling merchandising needs and becoming a brand ambassador.
• Build and maintain retail displays, including end caps, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Drive sales volume through promotional activities and suggesting new or out-of-stock items.

What You'll Need

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
