Founding Software Engineer (Staff Level) | Early-Stage Start-Up | London

A rare opportunity for a Staff-level Engineer to join an early-stage start-up in London, founded by experienced entrepreneurs with a proven track record of building and scaling successful technology companies.

This is a Founding Engineer position with Staff-level responsibility , offering the opportunity to remain deeply hands-on while owning complex technical challenges, shaping the architecture and helping build an engineering organisation from its earliest stages.

You are either:

  • A Founder or Founding Engineer who has built from scratch and is looking for the next ambitious challenge
  • A Staff or Principal Engineer at an established tech company, craving the ownership, pace and direct impact of an early-stage start-up
  • An Engineering Lead or Manager who misses building, wants to return to a hands-on IC role and still have significant technical influence

If you're an exceptional engineer who wants to stay close to the code, make the big technical decisions and help build a company with serious ambitions, let's chat.
