Job description

Manpower is recruiting an AML/KYC Officer for one of its clients operating in the financial services sector in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.
Your missions:

  • Review and process AML/KYC files in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

  • Collect, verify and validate documentation required for client and investor onboarding

  • Identify, analyse and resolve complex issues or discrepancies related to onboarding and compliance processes

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness and quality of information recorded in internal systems

  • Implement corrective actions and contribute to reducing recurring operational errors

  • Support the continuous improvement of procedures and ensure documentation is updated following process or system changes

  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, colleagues and management

  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and service standards are met

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team through a proactive and organized approach


Your profile:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in banking operations or the financial services industry

  • Previous experience in Registration, AML/KYC, Risk, Compliance, or a similar operational function is highly desirable

  • Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements, particularly regarding documentation collected during client and investor onboarding

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a controlled environment

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Good understanding of fund administration processes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Fluent English is mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Additional languages such as French, German, Luxembourgish, Italian or Spanish are considered an advantage
