Loan Administrator - Private Debt

Context:

The Loan Solutions Team provides debt solution services across a variety of products, focusing primarily on the Direct Lending and Loan Fund markets.

Loan Administration Missions:

Maintain our clients' portfolio in our Loan Administration system.
Liaise with the Asset Managers/Agents as part of the record-keeping and reconciliation of the portfolio positions.
Perform daily/monthly/quarterly production tasks with the collaboration of internal and external teams (Asset Manager, Loan/Facility agent, Fund Administrator, Custodian, Cash team, Depositary etc.).
Perform asset documentation reviews and develop in-depth analysis and knowledge in the Private Debt industry.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Result Area:

Review documentation and assess operational structure to understand the purpose of the deal and its related points of attention.
Produce and maintain any operational database to fulfil Loan Administration duties.

Manage and Follow Up Existing Transactions:

Perform cash & portfolio reconciliations.
Update Loan Administration system and manage notices.
