Requirements:

Responsibilities

We develop and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. We translate business and marketing needs into technical solutions with support from senior team members. We build and refine customer journeys, email campaigns, and automations. We create dynamic, personalized communications using AMPscript, SQL, and Marketing Cloud scripting tools. We handle data segmentation, audience targeting, and list management.

We support integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems, including Salesforce CRM and external data sources. We execute and assist with campaign deployments while maintaining quality and schedule commitments. We troubleshoot campaign, data, and automation issues and resolve them promptly. We participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities. We ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, privacy, and security standards. We collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and IT partners across the business.
