Job Description

Our client, a leading intimate apparel and lifestyle brand, is looking for an Associate Product Developer to join its Bras, Panties, and Sleepwear team. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role for someone who loves the details and wants to grow in apparel product development. You’ll report to a Product Developer and work with design, merchandising, production, technical teams, and vendor partners to keep the product line on track from concept to production.

If you’re organized, communicate clearly, and do well when priorities shift quickly, this is a great place to build your PD career.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate product development for your assigned product line and track progress against seasonal timelines
  • Act as point person with vendor partners and cross-functional teams on development details
  • Communicate design development details to vendors and internal partners clearly and accurately
  • Create and update seasonal development charts, WIPs, and readiness decks
  • Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Maintain costing charts and tools used by merchandising and planning teams
  • Manage weekly updates so vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams have current information
  • Join regular meetings with the design team and support product development projects as needed

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Production, Operations, Apparel Product Lifecycle, or equivalent experience
  • 0-5 years of product development experience (recent grads with apparel PD or production internship experience are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Solid written communication skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus everyday computer tools and shortcuts
  • A team-player attitude and a real drive to learn
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in intimates, sleepwear, or apparel product development
  • Experience with Centric PLM

Cultural Fit & Impact

Our client values individuals who are not only skilled but also align with a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, can adapt well to quick changes in priorities and deliverables, and thrives in an energetic, collaborative setting. Your ability to keep projects moving forward efficiently will directly contribute to the speed and innovation of product launches, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
