Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide range of corporate and banking functions. Working closely with business leaders and HR partners, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Front, Middle, and Back Office positions, from initial briefing through to onboarding.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and manage vacancies across internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a particular focus on hard-to-fill positions.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when specialized support is required.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates against business and cultural requirements.
  • Provide Hiring Managers with objective candidate assessments and recruitment advice to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate reference checks, prepare employment offers, negotiate compensation packages, and guide candidates through the offer stage.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to contract signature and onboarding.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, job fairs, and university partnerships to strengthen employer visibility.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and recruitment governance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze market trends, and provide insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and market mapping initiatives to attract highly skilled professionals.

Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within banking, financial services, or another professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Luxembourg employment market and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg labour legislation is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across diverse functions and seniority levels while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Advanced sourcing skills with practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search techniques.
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and advise Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process with confidence and professionalism.
  • Experience negotiating employment offers and discussing compensation packages.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage.
