Key Responsibilities

Customer Care:
Provide exceptional support to clients via telephone, email, and in-person at our showroom.

Order Management

Assist sales representatives in managing event orders end-to-end—from initial inquiry and quoting to invoicing and post-event follow-up.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to fulfill client requests and ensure successful event execution.

Problem Solving

Think on your feet to address client needs, resolve inquiries promptly, and offer creative alternative solutions when necessary.

Client Relations

Deliver top-tier service and hospitality to all clients, partners, and visitors.

Qualifications

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office administration.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic PC navigation.

Core Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and high attention to detail.

Team Player

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Industry Bonus

Prior experience in events, catering, hospitality, banquets, or equipment rental is a strong plus!
